Boynestadt is a skier and golf community located at the base of Boyne Mountain and is made up of Building A, B, C and the Tower. There is a total of 31 units and these are the original condos at Boyne Mountain offering a lot of space, convenience, and a great location to the village. The benefits of the Mountain Villa include:

1. Ideal location for skiing at the base of the high speed 6 man and Boyneland chairs.
2. Avalanche Bay is located right next to the development and it is directly across from the Nordic and Tennis Center along with a heated outdoor pool in the summer months.
